So winter is almost over... Almost over, except for the daily thaw and nightly refreeze into deadly ice.
Doesn't mean that snow pictures necessarily need to stop though. I've found that nature always manages to impress me.
How in the world does ice do this!? It melts on the bottom, but not the top... leaving an ice shelf sticking out about 12 inches, and creating an effect that looks like waves in a sea of snow.
